AGV forklifts have multiple safety inspections and protections,including laser scanning obstacle avoidance,mechanical collision avoidance, emergency stop switch and sound warning.
The laser obstacle sensor can detect obstacles in the running direction of the AGV forklift and stop automatically, and an alarm prompts that the obstacle needs to be removed.When the obstacle is removed, the AGV forklift starts automatically.
  The mechanical protection device contains a trigger sensor switch. When the AGV is in direct contact with an obstacle, the sensor switch is triggered, the power cuts off automatically, and the AGV stops. Manual intervention is required to start the AGV forklift to protect pedestrians and AGV.
When the obstacle comes into direct contact with the AGV, the mechanical protection device is triggered, and the AGV trolley cuts off the power supply and stops automatically. It must be restarted after the manual recovery button.
  The AGV forklift is equipped with an emergency stop switch. When the emergency stop switch is pressed, the power of each drive motor is disconnected and the motor is locked. Manual intervention is required to start.
   AGV forklifts have three levels of safety zones.There is deceleration, slow stop and emergency stop.The AGV forklift truck is surrounded by an enveloping safety anti-collision device, and the detection area is not less than the width of the vehicle body. 
The AGV is divided into deceleration area and parking area when encountering obstacles. It decelerates and stops step by step.It also can  adjust the speed according to the scene automatically.
